minh, jake, ryan, noelle, ben, clinton, peter and i went to chopsticks for the first time in years. i was hoping to go my whole life without having to sing karaoke, but that didn't hold true, thanks to jake signing me up for "fishin' in the dark" by the nitty gritty dirt band without my knowledge. it was kinda worth the humiliation of having to sing it in front of a hundred people just to be able to hear it though.
minh and noelle did a moving duet (literally and figuratively as you can see from the pictures) of "Faithfully." Later that night, all of us hanging out here (and after noelle consumed a few more beers) the song comes on again and noelle leans over to minh and says "i like this song.... do you like this song, too?"

omg too many pix of me rocking out to faithfully. and yes, i do like that song. my favorite one is of ryan clapping in his own special way while christina is singing.
it's true: ryan has many "special" ways about him, from clapping to just the way he lives his life.... Definitely more short bus kind of special than unicorn kind of special.
