So i'm going to break my First Rule Of Having This Blog and post something political. Not to undermine anyone, no name calling or insult throwing, no stirring the pot... Okay maybe a little pot-stirring, but strictly for the purpose of understanding.
For the life of me, i can not grasp the slightest inkling of how anyone could support Sarah Palin as a vice presidential candidate. i am genuinely interested in knowing why some people believe she's qualified, and also why they would vote for a man who would choose to run with someone like this. Someone who is clearly making an example out of herself as to why they are not letting her talk to the press more, as it appears she has no idea what she's talking about (if you just felt a swell of tension fill the room, it's because my dad just clenched his jaw together, turned a slightly deeper shade of red, left the computer and walked out to the living room to turn on the t.v., sit down in his recliner and start glaring at the wall for the next hour and a half).
This 1 minute, 28 second video (less a 15 second commercial at the beginning) perfectly sums up my reasons for being terrified out of my wits at the mere thought of Sarah Palin as our VP.

it's true!! i do believe that it's possible to be a Christian and draw the line at Sarah Palin.
